Art Pharma products are currently unavailable, and we do not have a confirmed restock date.
After more than 10 years in the iodine supplementation market, Art Pharma has reached a point where its next stage requires a decision.
We are currently considering three paths.
1. Founder-Funded Continuation
The opportunity is to move beyond simply selling Lugol’s iodine online and bring iodine supplementation closer to people through education and personal interaction. After thousands of direct founder-customer service interactions over the past decade, we see a natural opportunity to bring that experience closer to customers in a more direct and accessible way. It builds on 16 years of experience selling Lugol’s iodine. For now, the details of that strategy have to remain private.
Executing the plan requires a significant capital investment. More importantly, it requires a significant commitment of the founder’s time and focus at a point when the main chemical distribution business is entering its next stage of growth.
Whether that investment of capital and time makes sense is the decision that must now be made.
A final direction for Art Pharma will be announced by December 31, 2026, our fiscal year-end.
2. Strategic Partnership & Funding
We are open to discussions with established pharmaceutical, supplement or manufacturing companies that understand the iodine supplementation market.
The right partnership could combine Art Pharma’s decade of experience, brand and market knowledge with the infrastructure, capital and capabilities of an established industry partner.
The objective would be to accelerate the existing vision while maintaining the knowledge, principles and involvement that have shaped Art Pharma.
3. Acquisition of the Art Pharma Brand & Intellectual Property
We are also open to discussions regarding a complete acquisition of the Art Pharma® brand and associated intellectual property and digital assets.
This represents a different path: ownership and control of the acquired assets would transfer to the purchaser.
For an established organization looking to enter or expand within the North American market — or an organization with a strategic interest in the Art Pharma® name, intellectual property and digital assets — we are open to serious acquisition discussions.

We are proud of what Art Pharma has built over more than a decade, including our history selling iodine supplementation products and the record we have established with our customers.
We have deliberately paused restocking while determining the appropriate next step for Art Pharma.
